Соответствует фото на сайте. Легко установила. Только убрала металлический ободочек с вентилем. При открытии крана, вентиль, находящийся в насадке крутится от напора воды. Вода идет душеобразно, раньше когда вода текла в обычном режиме без насадки, разбрызгивалась везде, сейчас такого нет. С продавцом не общалась. Шло очень долго.

Товар пришел в Казахстан за 60 дней, т.е. почти два месяца, хоть и отправили сразу, с продавцом не общалась. Был упакован хорошо, дополнительно обернут в упаковочный слой, для мягкости. Коробочки были помяты, но сами фильтры в отличном состоянии, сразу проверила на кране, всё подошло, крепление держит пока крепко. Спасибо продавцу! Если ещё понадобятся, буду заказывать здесь.
