Вместо крана прислали копеечную насадку на БД... Продавец оправил товар повторно, но на мою просьбу не отреагировал (пообещал прислать другую модель - и не выполнил обещание) . В результате монтаж новой кухни затянулся, пришлось месяц жить без воды дополнительно оплачивать сантехника. Это было обидно! И никаких попыток со стороны продавца загладить вину - как будто так и надо. Хорошо еще, что я сняла распаковку на видео прямо в пункте доставки, иначе неизвестно, чем бы эта история закончилась.

Не берите этот товар. Мастер установил и смеситель протекает. За час набегает целая лужа, всё время стоит вода. Течет из соединения где переключатель. Написала продавцу, говорит пришлите фото, мы заменим товар. Прислала фото, ответил чтобы я открывала спор на полный возврат. Открыла спор - предлагают выслать обратно по цене дороже чем стоил сам смеситель. Обман и некачественный товар. Заменить ничего невозможно, он не разборный. Одноразовый и если вам не повезет как мне - останетесь с протекающим краном и без денег. Я уже поставила обратно свой старый смеситель, буду искать возможность вернуть товар.
